Koby Altman was named the 11th general manager in Cleveland Cavaliers history on July 24, 2017. As the GM, he manages and oversees all aspects of scouting, personnel, player acquisitions and transactions, and all team operations. He also oversees the Cavaliers’ exclusive NBA G League affiliate, the Charge. With community involvement being integral to Altman’s focus with the team, he also guides the team’s player appearance committee in partnership with the business side of the Cavs organization.

Your health and safety is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the current situation with COVID-19 and have adopted guidelines in consultation with our medical advisors. The BGS event will be held outdoors in a Sukkah. Masks will be optional for fully vaccinated individuals. We ask that all eligible adults who choose to join us in person are vaccinated. Please note, this is subject to change as we continue to monitor the current coronavirus status.

In 1948, David Ben-Gurion became the face of a great new generation of Jews. His single-minded passion for the Jewish people is as much a part of his legacy as is the State of Israel itself.

Today, the Ben-Gurion Society (BGS) embodies that legacy: young men and women combining their knowledge, passion, and resources to build a strong and responsible Jewish community, at home, in Israel, and around the world. The Ben-Gurion Society includes all donors, ages 22-45, who commit a minimum gift of $1,000 to the annual Campaign for Jewish Needs.
