Join us for our next YLD Business Networking Event focusing on small business mergers and acquisitions.
Panelists Dan Zelman, Jeff Fickes, and Tom Littman will lead a discussion around their experience navigating capital markets. Plus, meet with other young professionals and grow your network.

ABOUT JEFF FICKES: Jeff Fickes is a partner in the Vorys Cleveland and Akron offices and a member of the corporate group. He has decades of experience in business and advises company owners, boards, and senior executives on organization, finance, governance, acquisition and disposition of businesses, as well as general business and contract matters. Jeff is also an active volunteer with United Way of Summit County and Cuyahoga County.
ABOUT TOM LITTMAN: Tom Littman is the President and Managing Partner at Kirtland Capital Partners. Prior to joining Kirtland, Tom was a corporate attorney with Jones Day, a leading, multinational law firm. He is currently a trustee of the Cleveland Zoological Society and a member of the board of directors of Positive Education Program. Tom has been active in several charitable organizations and is currently a trustee of the Cleveland Zoological Society and a member of the board of directors of Positive Education Program.
ABOUT DAN ZELMAN: Dan Zelman is the CEO of Paro Services Co. Paro presently owns four companies in the chemical industry, the largest being Royal Chemical Co. Dan and his son Andrew also own and operate several newspapers including Scene Magazine in Cleveland. Dan is a leader in the Jewish and general community, serving on several nonprofit boards including Ahuja Hospital, Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage, and Montefiore. He is the current Development Committee Chair at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.
