LEADS is a five-session program for Jewish young adults ages 21-45 living in the Cleveland area. Together, the 2022 LEADS cohort will learn about how the Federation works to meet the needs of the entire Jewish community and how young professionals can shape the future of Jewish Cleveland.
The cohort will have the unique opportunity to visit Federation's local beneficary agencies, meet with senior professional and lay leadership, and network with like-minded peers who are invested in their Jewish community.
This year's cohort will be completely in-person with the goal to have more intimate conversations.
The 2022 LEADS cohort will meet five times in July and August. Session dates and times are listed below. Accepted applicants are expected to attend all sessions.
- Session 1 – Introduction to LEADS
Thursday, July 14 from 6 – 8:30 pm - Session 2 – Federation 101
Thursday, July 21 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm - Session 3 – The Campaign for Jewish Needs and Federation's Beneficiary Agencies
Thursday, August 4 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm - Session 4 – StrengthsFinder Assessment
Thursday, August 18 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm - Session 5 – Wrap Up
Thursday, August 25 from 6:30 – 9 pm
