LEADS is designed to introduce young professionals between the ages of 22-45 to the Young Leadership Division (YLD), the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, and the greater Jewish community. By participating in LEADS, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a cohort of young leaders who share your desire to become more involved in our strong Jewish community. Together, we will explore the ways you can most effectively put your skills, passion, and expertise into action in a volunteer, philanthropic, and leadership capacity.
LEADS participants will:
- Explore your personal strengths and develop leadership skills through a Jewish lens
- Delve into the vibrancy and vitality of Jewish Cleveland and the value you bring to the table, using the Federation system as a framework
- Build community and connect with other young professionals and senior leadership
- Session 1 – Thursday, July 30
- Session 2 – Thursday, August 6
- Session 3 – Thursday, August 13
- Session 4 – Thursday, August 20
- Session 5 – Thursday, August 27
LEADS is a great way to launch or continue to grow in your leadership journey. We hope you will consider applying.
All LEADS participants are asked to make a meaningful gift to the 2027 Campaign for Jewish Needs.
