The Jewish Federation of Cleveland will host its annual Campaign Closing Celebration on Wednesday, December 12 at 7:00 pm at Beatrice J. Stone Yavne High School (2475 S. Green Road in Beachwood). The community is invited to attend this special celebration, at which the grand total raised in the 2019 Campaign for Jewish Needs, which is the Federation’s annual fundraising campaign that serves Jewish Cleveland and the global community, will be announced.

“The Campaign Closing Celebration is a culmination of our entire community’s dedication to making life in the Jewish community better today and even stronger in the future,” said Jeffrey J. Wild, General Campaign Chair. “I look forward to celebrating the success of our 2019 Campaign with hundreds of volunteers, donors, and friends of the Federation.”

The event will feature music and food from Cleveland, Israel, and Russia. Guests will also have an opportunity to hear reflections on The Impact of Together – this year’s Campaign theme – from outgoing Federation President Stephen H. Hoffman. Hoffman’s impact has been national and international in scope since he began his career at the Federation in 1974 and became CEO in 1983.

The community will also celebrate Natan D. Milgrom as he receives the 2018 Amb. Milton A. and Roslyn Z. Wolf Young Campaigner of the Year Award. The award recognizes leadership, dedication and hard work by a young leader on behalf of the Campaign for Jewish Needs.

Last year’s Campaign raised $32,238,328 from over 9,700 donors, in addition to a $500,000 match through the Double Your Impact Match.

Registration cost is $15/person. To learn more or register for the Campaign Closing Celebration, please visit www.jewishcleveland.org, email campaign@jcfcleve.org, or call 216-593-2900 x740.
