Jewish Cleveland Women Are Leaning In!

A power-packed event! 150+ Jewish Cleveland women networked and connected during discussions of today's hot topics at our annual Women Leaning In event.

Panelists and women entrepreneurs, Hallie Bram Kogelschatz, Judy Rosman, and Eileen Saffran, with moderator Jennifer Cohen, inspired and empowered guests on the subject of tipping the scale and finding your balance.

"The struggle that all of us have, as women, is universal," said Kogelschatz. "Don't put pressure on yourself of having it all at once...set priorities. Take time to ask yourself, 'What does success mean to you?'"

Following the panel discussion, women asked each other about their own challenges and ambitions during small group breakout discussions. We left feeling that we can do anything we set our minds to when we are able to ask for help and be supported in a community like this one.

A very warm thanks to our Event Chairs Melissa Gottlieb, Raquel Flatow Haas, Sandy Laserson, and Gayle Simon. And, thank you to Women's Philanthropy Outreach & Engagement Chairs Amy Wain Garnitz and Becky Heller, and Women's Philanthropy Chair Jennifer Korach. We appreciate everyone who participated, including our panelists, moderator, and all of our guests.
