JPro Announces Erika B. Rudin-Luria as Incoming Board Chair

We are thrilled to announce that the Board of JPro has elected Erika B. Rudin-Luria as its incoming Board Chair. Her term will begin in mid-May. With a profound commitment to Jewish communal leadership and a distinguished career spanning over two decades at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Erika brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of strategic leadership.

A longtime supporter of JPro and a co-chair of JPro22: Going Places, Together in partnership with Jewish Federations of North America, Erika leads by example, inspiring professionals to grow their skills and leadership in the Jewish nonprofit sector. “The demands on Jewish communal professionals are only growing,” Erika shared. “As Chair, I’m committed to growing JPro’s capacity to support professionals in today’s world, to develop skills, connections, and build leadership pipelines across our field.”

We extend our deepest gratitude to JPro’s outgoing Board Chair, Aliza Kline, the President and CEO of OneTable, for her exceptional leadership. During her term, JPro engaged professionals from over 1,000 Jewish organizations, tripled program registrations, and launched initiatives to advance field-wide management excellence and early career development while increasing the reach of its field-building work. We look forward to Aliza’s continued leadership as JPro’s Immediate Past Chair.
