WATCH: PJ Library Blintzes & Books for Shavuot

PJ Library® and jHUB joined together to celebrate Shavuot with a virtual, family-friendly baking session to make blintzes and read a PJ Library story!
Watch and come prepared with these ingredients to bake with us:
Crepe
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
Filling
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
