A sold out house! Nearly 200 women filled the room with energy and passion for the second annual Women Leaning In Event: Be Bold. Be Brave. Be Bossy.

Four noteworthy panelists discussed hard-hitting gender related issues, from work-life to home-life. Each of them encouraging the crowd to celebrate their unique accomplishments. "We aren't lucky," said panelist Ivy Zelman when talking about success, "We earned it and deserve it!"

Women can work together to support one another and help each other succeed. As panelist Lois K. Goodman said, "Make it a priority to help other women," because together we are stronger.

Together, powerful breakout conversations allowed us to support one another and take ownership of the decisions we make. With a little help from this amazing night, we are ready to tackle whatever comes out way next!

Thank you to moderator Jennifer Cohen, and all of our panelists, Dr. Kirsten Ellenbogen, Ilana Hoffer Skoff, Lois K. Goodman, and Ivy Zelman. And, a very special thanks to our Event Chairs, Hallie Hurwitz Abrams, Cathy Stamler, and Erica Starrfield.

We appreciate the bold, brave, and bossy women who joined us. We are proud to be Jewish Cleveland women. Let our voices be heard! View the photos from Women Leaning In.

We are stronger together!
