Join us for an interactive workshop led by Mara Kamat, human resources and vice president at Great Lakes Cheese, where we will learn the ways to build the professional brand you desire.

ABOUT MARA KAMAT:
Mara Kamat is Vice President of Human Resources at Great Lakes Cheese, a family- and employee-owned business that packages and manufactures natural and processed cheese. Mara is responsible for leading and directing all HR activities for the 3,100 employee-owners. The HR team is committed to delivering an exceptional people experience to attract, develop, and retain talent for generations.

Prior to Great Lakes Cheese, Mara held roles of increasing responsibility at Philips and General Electric in various HR capacities. Mara holds a business degree from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Labor Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mara is actively engaged in the community and serves on the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s Women’s Philanthropy leadership team as the Women’s Philanthropy Leadership Development Chair and oversees the Coaching Circles program. Mara also sits on the alumni board of the Fisher College of Business.
