Description
Studies show that being read to as a child and having books in the home are the two most important predictors of future academic success. Yet two-thirds of low-income families do not own a single children’s book. Together, we can help change that.
Join us for a meaningful hands-on volunteer opportunity at the Cleveland Kids’ Book Bank. Together, we’ll tour the facility, and help sort and stock new or gently used children’s books donated at the Women’s Philanthropy Spring Luncheon.
Plus, learn about the impact the Federation has made through our PJ Library® program by building Jewish libraries for Cleveland young families!
