Designed for easy living, the Quarter features shared indoor and outdoor living spaces along with on-site amenities including grocery, indoor parking and more.

ABOUT THE BEAUTY SHOPPE: A co-working operator, The Beauty Shoppe will lease space as part of the Quarter project in Ohio City. The Beauty Shoppe provides an accessible, functional, professional and social workplace environment for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

The co-working business model is focused on affordability, by taking a large office space and making it available to small business owners and employees on a monthly membership fee basis that is drastically less cost and risk than taking on lease obligations for a larger space.

ABOUT PETE SNAVELY, JR.: In his role as vice president at Snavely Group, Peter focuses on placemaking and community development. He oversees the company’s real estate holdings in Ohio and Colorado, as well as identifying strategic underutilized neighborhood assets that can be re-positioned to create social and economic value. Peter manages acquisition, design, stakeholder outreach, governmental approvals, financial structuring, leasing, construction and property management.

ABOUT DAVID ORLEAN: David is the principal shareholder and Vice President of ABC Management Company and the principal shareholder and President of the Orlean Company, where he has been a real estate professional for over 30 years. He has been involved in virtually all aspects of real estate development, construction, and finance, primarily in the area of multifamily and elderly housing. David is also involved in a number of community activities, including Mandel JCC, Jewish Community Housing, Montefiore, and the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.
