ABOUT HOWARD BOBROW:
From start-up through exit, Howard is a trusted advisor to private equity funds, private equity-backed companies, venture capital funds and emerging growth companies. He leverages his vast experience with private equity transactions, early and growth-stage transactions to help position numerous clients for success. Howard’s practice is primarily devoted to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. As chair of the firm’s Venture Capital practice, Howard counsels private equity and venture capital firms, other institutional investors and angel investors on all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, capital formation and private placements. He regularly represents and advises funds on their organization and formation, the fundraising process, governance matters, investments and compliance with pertinent regulations. As an Attorney with Taft’s Israeli Business Services, Howard also counsels Israeli companies through these efforts.

ABOUT DR. ELAD GRANOT:
Elad Granot is the Dean of the Dauch College of Business and Economics at Ashland University. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in military, business and academic institutions, and serves on a number of boards. Dr. Granot has advised numerous tech startups and is the founder and managing member of a boutique VC fund.

ABOUT YAEL RON:
Yael Ron began her hospitality career as a senior sales manager with Hilton Hotels, for whom she served as a leader for ten years. She then transitioned to the ad agency and corporate sectors, becoming an active partner in launching a major American hotel brand in Israel and filling strategic sales, marketing and leadership positions with retail, environmental and advertising brands. In 2010, she returned to the lodging industry, leading sales and marketing for a major hotel in Tel Aviv – and then joining The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya for its high-profile 2013 opening and record-setting years since then. Under Ron’s leadership, The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya quickly became the market leader in Israel, garnering numerous international awards and consistent #1 user rankings. Yael serves on the board of directors at Cleveland Film Commission and on the board of Destination Cleveland. She has been appointed to be a certified ambassador for The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, spreading The Ritz-Carlton culture around the world. She graduated from University of New York with an MBA, and holds a BA in Hospitality Management.

ABOUT DR. MARK STOVSKY:
Mark Stovsky MD MBA FACS currently serves as Senior Director - Emerging Business at Cleveland Clinic Ventures as well as a Staff Urologist in the Cleveland Clinic Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute and an Associate Professor of Surgery (Urology) in the CCF Lerner School of Medicine. Dr. Stovsky has an extensive business background in new venture development as well as private equity and life science consulting. Mark’s private equity experience includes transaction analysis for early stage, acquisition and add-on ventures. Dr. Stovsky is CMO of CCF portfolio company Cleveland Diagnostics, Inc. and the CCF board of directors’ representative to eHealth Ventures USA.
