WATCH: Israeli Counselors Bring Culture, Connection to Day Camp
Every summer, Israeli counselors join J-Day Camps at the Mandel JCC, a Federation beneficiary agency.
The counselors quickly become a meaningful connection to Israel for campers, introducing them to Hebrew words, songs, and games while bringing Israeli culture, traditions, and personal experiences to camp each day.
And for the American counselors, they form friendships that last well beyond the summer season.
This program is made possible thanks to your support of the Campaign for Jewish Needs and Federation's overseas partner, the Jewish Agency for Israel.
TOGETHER, we help save and change tens of thousands of lives in Cleveland, Israel, and around the world. Thank you!
