The Ohio Department of Aging estimates that between the years of 2020 and 2040, people who are 65 and older will outnumber everyone else by four times. That's why caring for older adults has been and always will be a priority for the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.

When launched in 2013, JFC Security, LLC – the security provider of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland – was focused on establishing our four core pillars to build our community security program around: creating safety awareness, target hardening our facilities, community-based training, and strengthening law enforcement partnerships. Over the years, the security team has grown in its size and scope of capabilities to protect the Cleveland Jewish community. Today, the team now comprises 60 officers and utilizes sophisticated security technology to help keep our community safe while also remaining open and welcoming.

For 20 years, the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage has built bridges of tolerance and understanding by sharing Jewish heritage through the lens of the American experience.

In its third year, the Hillel Wellness program brings expertise around mental health and wellness, allowing for one on one and/or group therapy sessions. The students and staff have someone who they can talk to, who understands their needs, and who can help navigate them in a positive direction.

Thanks to the support from North American Jewish communities, volunteers in Israel are able to provide emotional support for evacuated youth in Israel.
