The Jewish Federation of Cleveland will host its annual Campaign Closing celebration on Wednesday, December 9 at 7:00 pm. The entire community is invited to attend this event, which will be held virtually.

Toby Bresky has been involved in Cleveland’s Jewish community for more than 40 years. She credits the Federation, JFSA and the Mandel Jewish Community Center in Beachwood for making her dream a reality.

In its first virtual Super Sunday, the Jewish Federation of Cleveland raised $979,315 from 900 gifts for its Campaign for Jewish Needs on Oct. 18.

Like many other communal events, the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s Super Sunday will look different this year for volunteers who typically gather at a telephone bank and schmooze with each other.

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland will host its annual “Super Sunday” event – Jewish Cleveland’s single largest one-day give-a-thon of the year – on Sunday, October 18 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. For the first time ever, this event will be completely virtual so community members will be able to volunteer from the comfort of their own home. Funds raised will benefit the 2021 Campaign for Jewish Needs, which provides critical dollars needed to change and improve lives in Cleveland and around the world.

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland will launch the 2021 Campaign for Jewish Needs on Thursday, August 27 at their first-ever drive-thru event that will be open to the public from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at The Temple-Tifereth Israel parking lot (26000 Shaker Blvd in Beachwood). Led by General Campaign Chair Bradley A. Sherman, a principal and co-founder of Sherman Boseman Legal Group, the Campaign for Jewish Needs is the Federation’s annual fundraising campaign for the Jewish community.

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland has announced today that the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation has created a special matching gift program for the 2021 Campaign for Jewish Needs, the Federation’s annual fundraising campaign for the Jewish community.
