WATCH: Women Supporting Women: Celebrating 10 Years of Coaching Circles
Ten years ago, Women IN Philanthropy created the mentoring program Coaching Circles.
It's an opportunity for women of all ages and places in their lives to grow alongside each other in a meaningful and personal way.
These small group settings builds relationships and trust which makes this experience truly unique. Women helping other women through our shared knowledge, wisdom, and experiences can be very powerful.
"These aren't just conversations, they're the start of lasting bonds and new leadership journeys," said Ilana Isakov Katz, chair, Women IN Philanthropy.
Coaching Circles also helps empower women in our community to explore and better understand the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, whether that's getting more involved with one of our community's agencies or volunteering at Super Sunday. They become very involved and make that collective impact.
