Interest Form: Volunteer at Maltz Museum as a Docent

Share your knowledge of Cleveland history, art history, diversity and Judaism. Help us grow and expand our community while learning and interacting with fellow volunteers! Docents are diverse in age, background, race and religion. Docents guide formal and informal tours for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. They respect and value the opinions and knowledge of all visitors, and encourage them to make connections to the exhibit based on their experience.

Requirements:

Application, interview, and at least 15 hours of training (training includes evaluation and practice tour). Docents lead at least 3 tours per month plus an additional 2 hours per month leading drop-in tours, docent education, or performing general volunteer duties.
