Scott Skinner will offer insights into both the lakefront redevelopment and his contributions to Cleveland's urban landscape. As the newly appointed Executive Director of Cleveland’s North Coast Waterfront Development Corporation (NCWDC), Scott will discuss the city's vision for the ambitious lakefront transformation. As former Vice President of Development at The NRP Group, Scott will also detail the development of The Collins, a $60 million multifamily apartment complex in the Flats.
