I hope that everyone had a wonderful and meaningful Passover, replete with beautiful seders spent with family and friends. I know that I did and I really enjoyed the time spent together. As we are now getting a true taste of spring, it is time to look forward to our Spring Brunch, which is a new take on our annual spring luncheon.

This year, we will be hearing from the Honorable Judge Rachel “Ruchie” Freier, who is the first Chassidic woman to hold elected office in the United States. Judge Freier is not only a judge, but a volunteer paramedic and founder of Ezras Nashim, an all-female volunteer emergency medical services organization, as well as a mother of six. We will also be honoring Judith Wolkoff with the prestigious Irene Zehman Volunteer Award for her work with Transplant House of Cleveland. Judith works tirelessly to make the Transplant House a home for those who are waiting for and recovering from transplants. We are so happy to recognize her for her work. Registration for the brunch is now open, so make your reservation today! We look forward to seeing you there!
